Buy Back Policy

• This buyback policy is applicable on gold jewellery, solitaire diamond, and gold coins after 14 days of purchase that is after the expiry of the easy exchange period.

• Buy-back is possible only if the product is brought in physically to the registered address of Jewels N Jewelry at 115 B.C.Road, Burdwan, West Bengal – 713101 either in person or returning it via courier or any other way at the customer’s own risk.

• The Buyback policy is based on giving the fair value of jewellery and solitaire diamonds. The Gold Rate will be applicable on the date of receipt of the product at the store.

• However, Buy Back is not applicable on Making Charges, Sterling Silver Jewellery, Gemstones, Other Stones, and any taxes paid.

The buy-back policy is subject to the approval of our quality check team. Jewels ‘N’ Jewelry reserves the right to calculate the buy-back amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team. All amounts will be processed through the bank by way of fund transfer/cheque to the original source. Presentation of the Original Tax Invoice is mandatory for encashment during the buyback of the product. 

Refund within 14 days of Purchase

In case you do not like the product at all and really want to return the product purchased from www.jewelsnjewelry.in and want a refund of the amount paid, the product needs to be returned to the registered address of Jewels ‘N’ Jewelry either by visiting physically or by returning the product by courier or any other way at customers own risk. In such case, a handling fee of 3% will be levied and the balance 97% (excluding GST) will be refunded back to the account by way of bank fund transfer/cheque. However, the GST paid will be deducted in full. Presentation of the Original Tax Invoice is mandatory for encashment. Please note, that the item needs to be returned to our store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product strictly in unused & original condition with jewellery tags intact, or else the buy-back policy will be applied.

Exchange Policy

If the customer wishes to exchange any jewellery that is purchased from www.jewelsnjewelry.in with new jewellery they can do so, by returning the same to the registered address at 115 B.C.Road, Burdwan, West Bengal – 713101 strictly in unused & original condition with all jewellery tags intact.

Exchanged within 14 days of purchase

A 100% exchange of invoice value can be availed by the customer if the product is exchanged with a new product within 14 days of purchase. The item should be returned strictly in unused & original condition with all jewellery tags intact. However, the making charge in full will be deducted in case of exchange for make-to-order Jewellery, Gold Coins, Customised Jewellery orders, and other personalized jewellery orders.

Note: For any return made after 14 days of purchase, our Buy-Back Policy will be applicable.

Shipping Policy

Shipping of the order from www.jewelsnjewelry.in is very safe, secure, and hassle-free. All our products are insured during transit by the insurance company.

Every package of the product (Jewellery / Gold Coin) purchased from www.jewelsnjewelry.in will reach your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing. Our courier partners are Sequel Logistics, Skyking, Bluedart, and Ecom Express. We will dispatch through any of these courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE OF COST across all over India on a minimum purchase value of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only.

Delivery to Identified Person

Customer needs to enter the correct details of the Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery. As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the mentioned identity proofs [Passport / PAN Card / Drivers License / Voters ID] to collect the product:

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of the courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof for identification.

Delivery Location

Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location in India. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on the street, etc. If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable/available, the same will be returned to our facility in Burdwan.

Change in Shipping Address

Shipping details can even be changed at the customer’s end. Once the order is created, the customer can change the shipping address only till the order is shipped from our facility. If the customer wants to change the shipping address, they should send an email to support@jewelsnjewelry.in

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of the Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in the non-delivery of the product.

www.jewelsnjewelry.in holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website. 

Cancellation Policy

In case of any discrepancy, Jewels N Jewelry has the right to cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information, etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information about the customer to accept orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is canceled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required to accept your order.

Once you place the order, it can be canceled from your end before the product is dispatched. On receiving the cancellation request for ready-for-shipping product, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 3% will be levied and the balance 97% will be refunded back to the account by way of bank fund transfer/cheque.

Gold coin order cancellation is not allowed under any circumstance.

We don’t accept cancellations for make-to-order or customized jewellery products. In case the customer wants the money back or wants to exchange it with another product(s), making charges and stone charges of the ordered product will be deducted from the payment and the balance will be refunded back to the customer’s account within 10 working days or will be adjusted against the exchanged product(s).

If in case the amount is deducted from the customer’s account and the transaction has failed, the same will be refunded back to your account within 72 hours automatically by the payment gateway.
