Are the products sold Hallmarked?
Yes, We sell only 100% new age HUID Hallmarked 22 Karat & 18 Karat Gold & Diamond Jewellery certified by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
Is Diamond Jewellery Certified?
Yes, all the diamonds mounted in the Diamond Jewellery are certified by premiere 3rd party organizations like SGL / IGI / GIA . Moreover, the product is BIS HUID Hallmarked as well. Thus, guaranteeing complete peace of mind.
Can we customize products as per our needs?
Absolutely! You can customize our products. Furthermore, orders are undertaken to create your self-designed ornaments from proper pictures/drawings. However sufficient time is required to handcraft your unique design.
Is Old Gold Exchange Facility Available?
Yes, Old Gold can be exchanged with our new ornaments. The product needs to be physically brought in to our store for purity check by Karat meter for accurate purity check and value assessment. However, No purity check is required if the old product has BIS Hallmarked stamp inscribed.
Do all products come with Guaranteed Buy Back?
Yes, buy-back is guaranteed and we have a proper policy for the same in place. Please refer to our Buy Back Policy on the website.
Do you buy Gold for Cash?
No, we do not buy gold not manufactured by us. However, we assure Guaranteed Buy-Back on products sold by us and the same can be sold back to us at our prevailing Buy Back Policy.
What happens if we do not like the product after delivery and want to return?
In case you do not like our product after delivery, you can easily return it back to us and choose another product. We will happily deliver you the product. And in case you want to return the same for encashment, that is also possible. Please refer to the Exchange Policy & Buy Back Policy.
